Welcome to SurjiT Hub, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, charging services, and related products ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. General Use
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use SurjiT Hub’s Services or have a parent/guardian’s permission if under 18.
1.2 Your use of SurjiT Hub’s power banks and stations must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Services at any time for any reason.
2. Renting a Power Bank
2.1 Rental Fees:
- $3 per 30 minutes of use.
- $60 for a full-day rental.
- $100 non-return fee after 24 hours, after which the power bank is yours to keep.
2.2 Payment Methods:
You may pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit/debit card, or our app/QR code scanner.
2.3 Returns:
You can return the power bank to any SurjiT Hub station within the network.
2.4 Liability for Damaged or Lost Power Banks:
If a power bank is lost, stolen, or returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear, you will be charged the $100 non-return fee.
3. Merchant Partnerships
3.1 Hosting a SurjiT Hub:
By agreeing to host a SurjiT Hub charging station, the business owner consents to:
- Providing a 110V power outlet and WiFi access.
- Allowing monthly maintenance visits by Surj Techs (non-invasive and minimal disruption).
- Receiving 10% of revenue from the hub after the first 30 days of installation.
3.2 Exploratory 90-Day Period:
- Both parties may terminate the hosting agreement within the first 90 days if the partnership is not a good fit.
- If terminated, SurjiT Hub will remove the charging station at no cost to the business.
3.3 Marketing Authorization:
- The business grants SurjiT Hub permission to list their location on our website, app, and social media as an official SurjiT Hub partner.
- The assigned sales representative has permission to take photos of the installed hub for promotional use.
4. Investor & Distributor Relationships
4.1 Investment Discussions:
- Filling out the investor contact form does not guarantee any financial agreements.
- Investment terms will be discussed separately and outlined in a formal agreement.
4.2 Distributor Responsibilities:
- Approved distributors must adhere to all SurjiT Hub brand guidelines and pricing structures.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Use at Your Own Risk:
SurjiT Hub is not responsible for:
- Any damage, malfunction, or loss of user devices while using our power banks.
- Any accidental overcharges, overheating, or device failures caused by improper use of the power bank.
5.2 Service Interruptions:
While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee that all charging stations will be operational at all times due to maintenance, power outages, or unforeseen technical issues.
6. Privacy Policy
Your use of SurjiT Hub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect your personal data.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and trademarks on this website, mobile app, and SurjiT Hub products are the sole property of SurjiT Hub, Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of our branding without written permission.
