Our rental rates are:
• $3 per 30 minutes
• $60 for a full day rental
• If the power bank is not returned within 24 hours, a $100 non-return fee applies, and the
power bank is yours to keep.

2. Do I need to download an app to use SurjiT Hub?

No, you don’t need to download an app or scan a QR code to rent a power bank. You can simply
tap your phone, swipe your card, or use GPay/Apple Pay directly at the station. However, if you’d
like, you can use our app or scan the QR code for additional features like tracking your rentals or
finding nearby hubs.

3. How do I return the power bank?

You can return the power bank to the same location where you rented it or to any other SurjiT
Hub in the area. It’s all about convenience—return it wherever it’s easiest for you.

4. What happens if I keep the power bank for over 24 hours?

If you don’t return the power bank within 24 hours, you’ll be charged a $100 non-return fee.
Once the fee is paid, the power bank is yours to keep—no additional charges apply.

5. What payment methods are accepted at SurjiT Hub?

We make payments easy and seamless with options like:
